Supermarket coffee has been sitting
since before you heard of it.
BisiBean roasts in a small drum about once a week. That is the whole difference. A bag you carry home from here is days old, not months old, and you can read the date on it.

The place
Local wood, big windows,

Glen Ivy Centre in Meerhof, at the foot of the Magaliesberg. Harties is an hour from both Johannesburg and Pretoria, which is why it fills up on a Sunday and empties out on a Tuesday.
